Midland Communications Inc. is a woman-owned WBENC certified company and licensed General and Electrical Contractor. Midland has been providing turnkey communication infrastructure and associated telecommunications expertise as well as consulting to government and private sector clients domestically and internationally since 2000. Previous Experience

With over a decade of international offshore wind industry project work for the world’s leading wind industry mega- projects, Midland is well suited and is transferring that experience to the US shores. Midland is a leader in the US market for communication solutions for offshore wind industry construction, infrastructure and ongoing service and maintenance. Midland designed, installed and is maintaining the radio communications system for the first of the new offshore wind projects in the US. The Virginia Beach project clearly set Midland apart from the rest of the traditional US radio industry. Midland has just contracted to provide turnkey installation services for the first commercial scale wind farm in the US off the coast of New England. The 8 year contract calls on Midland to deliver services from FCC license procurement to onshore and offshore communication system installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
